Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the Theorrem website and any services we provide unless a separate written agreement applies.

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance

By using this website, contacting Theorrem, or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm that you have authority to represent that company.

2. Services

Theorrem designs and builds practical AI agents and workflow automations for businesses. Services may include workflow discovery, agent prototyping, integrations, testing, deployment support, documentation, and ongoing improvement.

Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, responsibilities, data access, and support terms should be confirmed in a proposal, statement of work, order form, or written agreement.

3. Customer data

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any data, credentials, files, examples, prompts, or business records shared with Theorrem. You should not provide sensitive data unless it is required for the agreed workflow and appropriate safeguards are in place.

We use customer data only to provide, test, support, and improve the agreed services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. AI outputs

AI systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected outputs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for important business decisions, especially where customers, payments, pricing, legal obligations, health, safety, or regulated matters are involved.

For sensitive workflows, Theorrem recommends human approval gates, confidence thresholds, audit logs, and monitored rollout before full automation.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use our website or services to violate laws, infringe rights, send spam, misuse third-party platforms, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, reverse engineer our work, or build harmful, deceptive, or abusive automations.

6. Fees and projects

Fees, payment schedules, revisions, and cancellation terms are defined in the applicable proposal or written agreement. Unless otherwise stated, delays caused by missing access, approvals, feedback, or customer-side dependencies may affect timelines.

7. Intellectual property

Theorrem retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, processes, design patterns, know-how, reusable components, and website content. Customer-owned data and materials remain owned by the customer.

Rights to custom deliverables should be defined in the applicable project agreement.

8. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public business, technical, or operational information from the other. Both parties should protect confidential information and use it only for the purpose of the project or business relationship.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Theorrem is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any liability for a paid project should be limited according to the applicable written agreement.

Our website is provided for general information and may be updated or changed at any time.
